Luxembourg is home to one of the most popular financial districts in Europe, in Kierchberg to be exact. Several of these businessmen and woman enjoy taking time of their day to play a game of golf on one of Luxembourg’s superior golf courses and they encourage you to take your golf holiday to one if these fine clubs.
The best time to visit Luxembourg is in the spring when the flowers are blooming, you will see the country in full bloom and full of life. Just as an FYI, the further north you go, the more likely you will be to see rain at some point during your vacation.
There are six golf courses in Luxembourg, two nine-hole courses, and four 18-hole courses. The oldest club is the Golf Club Grand Ducal. Located conveniently next to the airport, you will experience the course just as many princes and princesses have. The course measures 5,782 and is a par 71. The beauty of Luxemburg’s natural vegetation surrounds the course, including fir trees and sky high timber trees.

FORE! Lee Westwood ball ends up in a woman's shirt !!!
Lee Westwood hooked his drive on the 13th hole into a crowd of folks at the Ritz Charlton Golf Course as a part of the Accenture Match Play Championship.
This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.
What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
